Fresh flowers are perishable, living products. Each bouquet is handcrafted to order using the freshest blooms sourced from the world’s best growers. Because of their delicate and time-sensitive nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on floral arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We stand behind every arrangement we create. If your bouquet arrives damaged or the flowers do not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement bouquet or store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery cannot be refunded as the flowers will have already been sourced and prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incorrect or missing deliveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If we deliver the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a redelivery of the correct bouquet at no additional charge or issue a full refund for the affected item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Substitution policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. In the rare event that a specific bloom shown in a product photo is unavailable, our florists reserve the right to substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, colour palette, and size of the arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
