1. Orders
By placing an order on fleurologybyh.com, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the bouquet at the specified time and address. We reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery details are incomplete or inaccurate.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order is final.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM HKT. While we make every effort to deliver within the chosen window, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe location or with a neighbour; if neither is possible, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, product descriptions, brand name, and logo — is the intellectual property of Fleurology by H. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fleurology by H shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
6. Governing Law
